Last year the City of Lima, in tandem with the Lima Community Foundation, contributed to a passenger rail study undertaken by the Northeast Indiana Passenger Rail Association (NIPRA) for a route linking the cities of Chicago, Fort Wayne, Lima, and Columbus.
The exciting results of that study are being publicly released this morning.
