AMY L. GLANEMANN
Amy is a product of Paulding High School, where she graduated in 1999. Amy was appointed as an officer for the City of Lima Police Department on November 10, 2003. Before her employment with LPD, she worked at Meijer’s and was on the Napoleon Police Department Auxiliary. Officer Glanemann is also member of the department’s SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) team. Amy has recently been appointed as a new K9 handler in LPD’s K9 Unit. Ptl. Glanemann’s K9 partner is Diego.
ANDREW JOHNSON
Officer Johnson was born in Chillicothe, Ohio, in August of 1966, and is a graduate of Miami Trace High School in Circleville, Ohio. He attended Ohio University and majored in Music Education. Officer Johnson and his wife, Jana reside in the Lima area with their four daughters.
Andy was appointed to the position of police patrolman for the City of Lima Police Department on September 6, 1994. He was a member of the LPD Bike Team and has served as a member on our SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) team. Andy worked as a Community Police Officer, serving in Precinct 2, in the Midway East Neighborhood Association area. He was on this assignment for more than a year.
On May 22, 2000, Officer Johnson was assigned to the Lima Allen County Drug Enforcement Agency. He was then appointed to the Pro Active Crime Enforcement (PACE) team in 2007. On September 8, 2012, Officer Johnson was promoted to the rank of Detective and assigned to the Detective Bureau.
GREGORY TODD JENNINGS
Officer Todd Jennings was born in Lima, Ohio. He graduated from Elida High School in 1993. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio State University, majoring in Criminology. Todd and his wife Megan have two children. He was appointed to the position of Police Officer for the City of Lima Police Department on February 26, 2001.
Officer Jennings has been employed with the Lima Police Department for 12 years. In 2005 he was appointed as a member of the bike team. On February 16, 2013, Officer Jennings was promoted to the rank of Detective and assigned to the Detective Bureau.
