The Neighborhood Grant Program will support programs and activities that strengthen your neighborhood and make a measurable impact on the City of Lima. The goal of the impact grant program is to increase the participation of volunteers throughout the area. Neighborhood Associations that have been recognized by the City of Lima and 501(c)(3) organizations located within Allen County are eligible to apply for and receive this grant, regardless of the associations or organization’s size or budget.

The grant deadline to submit is Friday, September 29, 2023, by 5:00pm; no grant applications will be accepted after this date.

All applicants will receive notification of decisions by October 13, 2023. Successful applicants may begin grant-funded preparation activities for their Impact Project upon notification. Quarterly reports that describe the activities and updates of the project are required.
