Peggy is a life-long resident of Lima. She is a graduate of Lima Senior High and Ohio University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She has been contributing to the economy in Lima since she began carrying papers for The Lima News at the age of 12. Over the years she has been employed as a cashier at Clyde Evens Super Dollar, assistant manager of The Lima Mall, reporter for The Lima News, public relations coordinator at Lima Memorial Hospital and for the past 30 years as a public affairs employee for Dominion.
She is a former board member and past president of The Lima City Board of Education, The Lima-Allen County Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Lima and The United Way of Greater Lima.
She is married to Nick Ehora, a retiree of Honda of America and they are the parents of two sons: Matt, a mechanic with Allen Nott Honda and Alex, a project manager with lower.com in New Albany.
