The City of Lima's Utilities Department is responsible for all the water related Utilities.
The Water Treatment & Supply division is responsible for the water coming from the river to the reservoirs. The water is pumped from the reservoirs to the treatment facility. After treatment the water is pumped into the distribution system.
The Waste Water division is responsible for treating all grey water and storm water runoff. After treatment the water is suitable to be returned to the environment.
The Field Services division is responsible for all the infrastructure needed to deliver the treated water to your homes and for returning the grey water to the appropriate treatment facility.
The Customer Services division is responsible for handling any and all of your customer service needs within the Utilities department.
