Lima Pride Homes Recognized
Since 1996, Property Maintenance Inspectors have been recognizing persons who take pride in their homes and commercial properties, and maintain them in a way that provides a positive example for the rest of the community.
Selected properties must meet current Lima Property Maintenance Code standards, the property owner may not have any property maintenance violations on any property they own, and the selected property must exemplify pride in ownership and provide a model of maintenance for the neighborhood.
Award winners are presented with a Lima Pride Home Plaque containing a picture of their home, and a Lima Pride Home Award winner yard sign to be displayed at their property until the next winner is selected.
